We were greeted by Paul, a Lexus representative and were not pressured in the least to buy and that made the experience very favorable. We found the exact vehicle we wanted. We felt we got a fair trade-in and a price that we felt good about. Then the magic happened. We met the sales manager, Steve, my service manager Kathy and by the time I walked out we felt like we had an instant family. They made us feel like they weren't there just to sell a car, they were there to sell themselves. I honestly believe that Treasure Coast Lexus will be there for us long after this sale.
