I really did not want to drive 2.5 hrs to purchase a vehicle but it was well worth the trip. Howard explained everything and expedited the sale in a very professional manner. Since I am in sales also so I can appreciate the extra mile that Howard displayed. Steve also explained all of the warranties and assisted me in making my decision to purchase an extended warranty. Rick was superb! He adjusted all of my setting and showed me all of the bells and whistles. This is the first time that a tech person has been able to sync my contacts into my Bluetooth!
