Awesume, better than other Lexus dealers I visited Howard Kent is my kind of Representative. He kept us informed at EVERY turn via Text messaging (voice when needed). Howard LISTENED to our questions and concerns. Howard Kent got us satisfactory answers promptly. Understanding Mr. Kent "works" for the dealership, he exhibited a desire to make our requests happen. We visited other Lexus dealers (Margate) who tied to push us into a vehicle that we didn't want and TOLD me the car I asked about did NOT exist in Florida and the price I said I was willing to pay was way off. (I test drove the car I asked about at a Palm Beach dealer earlier). Lexus Treasure Coast had two! When the "Sales manage"r asked what I was going to do, I said I am going to the dealer up north and buy the car you said didn't exist. (I don't lie or mislead in my Real Estate Business). Wonderful Experience It was a pleasure dealing with Howard Kent. I met him in November when I went with a friend who was buying a new Lexus. I explained to Howard that I was waiting for my son tp come to FL to help me make a decision but he took a lot of time with me explaining about leasing and the features on the 2016 ES 350. When I finally realized my son could not get down until March i was ready to make a decision by myself. I called Howard and it was his day off but he called me back right away and asked his manager to get in touch with me. I made an appointment for the next day and drove my new Lexus home after meeting with Steve Kritikos the Financial Services Director who did a great job explaining the lease and the excess Wear Plan and Diane Spencer who explained very patiently all of the new features.
