Howard was very patient and courteous with me during my numerous visits to the dealership. He followed up with me via emails and texts to determine whether I was still searching for a car once my lease ended. He never gave up on making a sale but I really appreciate that he did not use high pressure sales techniques! Howard is a professional who is confident and knowledgeable in the cars he is selling. Though I thought I would purchase an NX, I ended up purchasing a certified pre-owned 2014 Lexus ES 350. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up the car, the dealership made the best use of my time.
