We were greeted by Paul, a Lexus representative and were not pressured in the least to buy and that made the experience very favorable. We found the exact vehicle we wanted. We felt we got a fair trade-in and a price that we felt good about. Then the magic happened. We met the sales manager, Steve, my service manager Kathy and by the time I walked out we felt like we had an instant family.
