howard kent knowing that i had purchased 13 lexus vehicles over the last 25 years, howard understood he did not have to sell me hard re buying a new gx460. i to knowing that i had purchased 13 lexus vehicles over the last 25 years, howard understood he did not have to sell me hard re buying a new gx460. i told howard that i hated to part with my 2009 lx460, that it was clearly the best lexus i had ever owned, that i thought of trading for a new 460 in recent years but didn't like the third-seat section and, more recently, the ugly front grille (ugh!!!!!!!!!!). he easily explained the 2018 model to me, noting the vast improvements, etc. i told him what color i wanted, what accessories, etc., i wanted -- and done deal. team lexus found my car very quickly, and three days after we agreed on a deal .... i was driving the car away from the dealership. for his part, howard could not have been more eager, more professional, more engaged throughout the sales and trade-in process. it was a pleasure to deal with howard, and also with paul (who was on top of his game when he filled in for howard on howard's long-scheduled day off), and the rest of the treasure coast team. very happy with everything. thanks. mark r. mulvoy More

When I test drove the vehicle I purchased, I noticed the f On the above date, I rated this dealership and my salesman. Now here is a 3 month update. When I test drove the vehicle I purchased, I noticed the front left wheel seemed to have an issue. When I questioned the salesman about it, I was told "it's just from the car sitting and that once it driven it would round out." Well that was not the case. About 1000 miles later to include a 4 hour trip the wheel/tire still is not right and still doing the same thing. I contacted my salesman and unfortunately did not receive a response. Now granted I did purchase the vehicle "as is" but at the same time, I did inquire about this time before I bought it. Would I recommend this dealership? Yes, if purchasing new, if used no. More

Pierce to lease a car, but after looking at 3 other dealerships, I went online. Shaun Bozorg from Treasure Coast Lexus contacted me and after a few minutes of speaking to him he gained my trust. We discussed all the details, came to an agreement, he put everything down in an email including the vin number of the car I was interested in. I was concerned about driving an hour and a half to find a different car or added fees.To our pleasant surprise the only surprise we had was the fact that everyone we dealt with at Treasure Coast was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Everything Shaun promised was there. Paul Licausi took over and was extremely kind and helpful.We test drove the car and he answered all of our questions in a very pleasant way. Besides doing the paperwork efficiently and explaining everything, he was considerate enough to transfer our belongings from our old Lexus to the new one, being careful to place the items in the same location they were in our old car. He was a pleasure to deal with. Then Rick Russell took over to explain all the gadgets. He made it very simple and took his time explaining everything. He was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. A great personality. My wife and I would heartily recommend this dealership to any of our friends.
