I was in the market for 2016 Mustang GT Premium and I lived 3 hours away from Treasure Coast Lexus, Howard was able to give me a price I was more than I was in the market for 2016 Mustang GT Premium and I lived 3 hours away from Treasure Coast Lexus, Howard was able to give me a price I was more than happy with and he went out of his way to make me feel welcomed, respected and valued as a customer, which quite honestly is hard to find, especially when you are shopping around online. Howard kept me well informed, and very important for me, I did not feel pressured or fooled by him ( like "come tomorrow because we have a customer lined up" which is 90% of the time is a lie). Once I came in, I was warmly greeted and the car was there waiting for me, Steve was able to get me a great rate for my financing, and overall I am greatly thankful I was able to deal with these people. Carlton Duncan was reason for our satisfaction On 11/30/17 my husband, Lacy, and I went into the TREASURE COAST LEXUS dealership, this was our first time there. I was driving my 2008 Audi A6 and h On 11/30/17 my husband, Lacy, and I went into the TREASURE COAST LEXUS dealership, this was our first time there. I was driving my 2008 Audi A6 and had been talking about trading and getting a small SUV. I wanted the small SUV due to the Audi being so low to the ground and I wanted to be able to see. We go onto the lot and Lacy asked for Carlton Duncan due to knowing him at another dealership years ago and he wanted to deal with him as he stated that Carlton was a very straight shooter. Carlton started showing us his inventory, I let him know that the vehicle was for me and what I was interested in. He showed me a tan or CASHMERE colored LEXUS RX350 with very little miles. He, Carlton, walked us around the RX350 showing us all of the goodies (I thought that my Audi had all the bells and whistles, WOW). He then had me take a drive and that did it, my husband got in the back and checked out what all this vehicle had from that point. Needless to say we bought the RX350 for what we considered a very good deal, trading my Audi A6 in for the RX350. I can say that my husband was so correct about Carlton being a total gentleman and very knowledgeable. Carlton made out buying a LEXUS very enjoyable. Carlton introduced us to Tina and she was very nice to talk to and to understand all of what we were doing. At the end of our purchase; we met Gary, he stepped us through all of the "gadgets" and "appointments" associated with this RX350 and he was equally as nice as Carlton and Tina.
