Great Experience Sales personal/General Manager/Tech Specialist/FInance Dept were all very courteous, informative, professional, and not "pushy". We had been shopping Sales personal/General Manager/Tech Specialist/FInance Dept were all very courteous, informative, professional, and not "pushy". We had been shopping for other cars at other dealerships and were not treated well when it came down to negotiations. What a difference! Delivery went very well and we had a very nice hands on from the Tech Specialist that showed us all the nice features of the car. Oh, and the car is great, this was the perfect car for us. More

Easy process for out of town buyer I recently flew down to Ft. Pierce in order to purchase a certified pre-owned GX460 that I had found online through the Lexus Certified site. Paul was I recently flew down to Ft. Pierce in order to purchase a certified pre-owned GX460 that I had found online through the Lexus Certified site. Paul was helpful throughout the process - he answered my questions about the vehicle, took additional pictures, described every imperfection that he could find, described the smell of the interior, etc. Basically I had to rely on him to be my eyes and ears until I could see the vehicle for myself. When I arrived in Ft. Pierce, I found the vehicle to be exactly as he described. In fact it exceeded my expectations. Paul stayed past closing time so that I could take the vehicle for a spin, finish up the paperwork and get a tech tutorial from the staff all before he followed me to a local rental car facility so that I could return my rental car. In short, Paul was honest, professional, and went beyond the call of duty to ensure that I had a top notch car-buying experience. More
