Excellent buying experience We visited the dealership in response to an email blast on L Certified pre-owned vehicles, with an interest in a 2016 RX 350. We arrived late afternoon on a Saturday and were greeted by Randy, who brought us immediately to the vehicle we were interested in. He was knowledgeable and not at all pushy. After answering our questions and a test drive we decided to trade in our 2005 ES330. The transaction was handled quickly and professionally and we left with the new vehicle after a "technical" orientation from a technology specialist. We love the car and the warranty! More
