I told him I have questions regarding my Lease and he introduced me to Paul Licausi. Paul answered all my questions. When I left, I was driving a 2018 RX350. I also meet Marc Jean and he covered all my tech questions. Oh, I also met Gary Mariarossi (hope I spelled that correct) the manager. Great staff. Very please with the Dealership. More

Sales and Financing department are spectacular. Carleton is phenomenal, and I would highly recommend him. I HATE care dealerships and DO NOT trust them as far as I could throw them, but Carlton and Carleton is phenomenal, and I would highly recommend him. I HATE care dealerships and DO NOT trust them as far as I could throw them, but Carlton and Anthony are exceptions. I was lied to and ripped off on the very first new car I ever bought, and have hated the process ever since. It should not take multiple hours to complete the process of buying a car, that being said at least Carlton and Anthony make the process much more pleasant. I almost went to Palm Beach to get rid of my second Lexus and get a third after an issue with this service department; Carlton talked me into giving this service department another chance, I reluctantly did (it's a 45 minute drive north to get to this dealership so either way the drive was not going to be enjoyable). The service department quit giving me lip service and fixed the problem with a trim piece causing noise at the passenger side window, so I stuck with this dealership and my car, and came back for a 3rd. If not for Carlton and Anthony I would have left this dealership for good. More

The luxury sales director, Anthony Burruano, and also brand specialist, Brian Young, were professional, knowledgeable, and offered a deal that made financial sense. It was a pleasure to work with both of them. They understood my wants and needs and didn’t annoy me with “fluff”. Also, Kellie in finance and Rick in tech were delightful to deal with.
