Marc, in the technical department, put me in my new car and went over every button in great detail explaining all the fabulous features on my new RX-350. Finance Manager, Ron, was sharp, efficient, knowledgably and thorough - made the process a breeze. This is my 3rd car with this dealership, I used to cringe at buying a new car until I found Treasure Coast Lexus. One more perk is the valet service - in our busy world they pick up my car, leave me a loaner typically the same car I am driving so no learning curve, take my car for service and return it when finished!!!! The Lexus fit the bill perfectly with the sporty, high end ride of the Lexus RC300. Not only was driving the car a great experience, but dealing with Howard , Gary and the entire team at Treasure Coast Lexus took my great experience to the next level. When my husband and I walked in and met with Howard, we immediately felt like family and found out that most of the people at this dealership also come from NY and Gary actually came from my hometown of West Islip, NY. We fell in love with the RC300 and did not hesitate to make a deal with Gary and Howard who made us feel so comfortable and at ease. When we picked up the car this weekend, we met with Steve and Rick who helped us review our lease and the mechanics of the car. Both of them took their time with us explaining everything and made us even more excited to drive out of the lot with our brand new Lexus! We are looking forward to a long-term relationship moving forward and can't wait to attend the monthly barbecues this summer!
