Anthony was exceptional with quick responses and providing us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision. When we stopped in to take the test drive, Anthony had Brian show us the car and go over many of the features. As we entered the showroom we were also warmly greeted by Gary, the General Manager, who welcomed us into the Lexus family and provided his personal cell number as they all did. We reached out to each of them on a few occasions and they were prompt and professional. When we purchased the vehicle it was flawlessly detailed and Marc did an excellent job going over all the technology available on the vehicle. Steve in the finance office was very professional and offered all the available options to take care of the vehicle. The entire staff at Treasure Coast Lexus was professional and very knowledgeable and I would gladly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a quality vehicle. This is not our first new vehicle purchase but it was by far the best dealership experience we've ever encountered anywhere. We'll see them all again at the next barbecue. More

It is still a good runner and I hope the newer vehicle is just as good. Tina made my wife feel welcomed and she adds a personal touch by being involved. Howard sold us a vehicle without a salesman pitch. He is one of those unique people who believes in what he is doing and he cares about you first, and then he sells you a vehicle. He is a professional and very knowledgeable and I felt guilty trying to beat him up on price. At the end of the day we were happy with our purchase and the people we had met. More

The Taj Mahal of Lexus Dealerships I have recently moved to Port St. Lucie after living in Indiana all my life except for four years of college in Memphis, TN. I purchased my RX 350 L in February and my 1st service at 5,000 miles was here at Treasure Coast Lexus. Well, I must tell you, I have never been treated like a very special person at ANY dealership until now. Just to give you a preview of my car buying: 1977 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme, 1982 Chevy Z28 (2 in 6 weeks...oops 1st one totaled) 1989 Mercury Cougar, 1993 Camry XLE, 2000 Toyota 4-Runner, 2004 Chevy Tahoe (totaled by my son in 2006), 2006 Pontiac Solstice 2seater convertible (still own with 130,000 miles, 2010 Buick LaCrosse CXL, I inherited my grandfather’s 1965 Caprice Classic presently with 26,000 miles, and now my 2019 RX 350 L Lexus. I have loved all my cars I chose except for the Mercury Cougar. But, this Lexus IS THE BEST vehicle I have own. I was greeted as I drove up into the service center my a personable, nice, woman who was also new to FL from Xenia, OH. She took the mileage, copied the VIN #, and guided me to a very nice man, Luis who was in charge of my service (tire rotation). He was polite, personable, professional as he entered my new address and pertinent info. I followed him into the customer waiting area. I must be dreaming. WOW WOW WOW! Never in my whole life have I seen a showroom/area where you could buy Lexus items, and then a snack bar completely stocked with drinks and snacks! I already had something to drink so I picked up a complimentary daily issue of The Wall Street Journal. I sat down at a table and just gawked, yes, gawked at the beautiful staircase which led to offices, the beautiful openings maybe skylights in the ceiling, the new lineup of new Lexus cars, sedans, SUVs, and the fancy 2 seater sports car, I spent a lot of time just taking in the view thinking I am in the Taj Mahal of Lexus Dealerships. The Lexus Dealership in Ft. Wayne, IN was very nice but couldn’t live up to your Treasure Coast Lexus. Looks are nothing if you can’t provide good service with a plush showroom. You have it all! I can’t wait til I reach 10,000 miles so I can come back 😁 A gentleman came by and asked if I needed anything as I was waiting. He was cleaning up trash people left on the tables 🙁 but I knew he had other important jobs, like a sales person as he was dressed professionally with dress shirt, slacks, and a tie! Luis came out to let me know my SUV was ready! Pleasantly surprised, no charge for 1st service and a free car wash!
