Experience depends on service advisor I brought my car in for a brake job and was dismissed by my service advisor. After an hour of waiting, I just needed to get an idea of time so I knew I brought my car in for a brake job and was dismissed by my service advisor. An Unusual Car Buying Experience In the past, because of overly aggressive and “whatever it takes” practices, shopping for a car was an experience that I avoided like the plague. That In the past, because of overly aggressive and “whatever it takes” practices, shopping for a car was an experience that I avoided like the plague. That changed when I visited Treasure Coast Lexus and was assigned to Howard Kent. I was impressed in general by the dealership and all of its staff but especially with Howard. Unlike most sales reps, he was a better listener than a talker. He sensed my apprehension, very patiently listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and gradually calmed my fears by giving me good and pertinent information about my options. I knew I wanted an SUV but was unsure of which model would best suit my needs. In the end, I purchased an RX 350 and love the car. Our second car is a 2007 Toyota Camry as we keep our cars for a long time. I'm sure our new Lexus will serve us well and be in our family for a long time. At our age, this may be our last car purchase but, if we decide to retire our Camry, I know where I'll go and who I will ask for. Howard never made me feel pressured and made the car buying experience a pleasant one. I'm sure he sells a lot of cars and I hope Treasure Coast knows what an asset it has in Howard Kent. More

less than satisfied Went in for a warranty issue.Also had a maintenance light on, a tire with low pressure. Service writer said a multi- point inspection would be perform Went in for a warranty issue.Also had a maintenance light on, a tire with low pressure. Service writer said a multi- point inspection would be performed. When my car was finished I went to leave and maintenance light was still on, it was pulled in and reset. Drove about 2 miles and discovered that I still had the same low pressure in my rear tire, returned to the dealership and they corrected it. The next day my part was in, drive 30 minutes to dealership for this repair and was informed that the new part was damaged. Two days later had new part installed. Staff was very friendly and apologetic. I have to say I was discouraged with no attention to detail on my very first visit to this dealership More
