Exceptional Customer Service I only had my new RX350 for two weeks and had only driven 650 miles when I had an issue that wouldn't ordinarily be covered by warranty. I called and spoke to Gary Mariarossi and he instructed me to come in the next day and ask for him. I went in the next day and the problem was resolved at no cost to me. A classy move that I appreciated. On another occasion, I went to the dealership to meet with the finance manager and thought I'd have my car washed while I was in the meeting. The service personnel did a great job on the car and sought me out to return my keys and let me know where my car was parked. More
