The place is professional and friendly and service costs were presented upfront. The two problems I had were cost ($280 for a simple straightforward engine light code diagnostic) and even worse - the servic were presented upfront. The two problems I had were cost ($280 for a simple straightforward engine light code diagnostic) and even worse - the service advisor Dave refused to provide me a copy of the diagnostic results that I just paid $280 for. His reasoning was some mumbo jumbo about proprietary data or private information. I guess we're not connecting on the fact that it's my car & that I just paid $280 for the diagnostics. More
