The entire purchasing process was seamless, even though I’m from out of town. I managed the deal remotely, and when I arrived, all that was left was to sign the papers. Remarkably, while I was signing the papers, all my belongings from my trade-in were already transferred to my new car. To top it off, the Technology Specialist took the time to ensure all my settings were perfectly adjusted—truly impressive! We had terrible experiences in two occasions. First time my suspensions had a problem from the manufacturer. This caused my tires to wear off uneven. Went to the dealership and waited for over an hour for them to just tell me that the part had to be ordered. Went the second time when was told to go the next day for them to take care of it, and when I got to the dealership, they said I need it an appointment. Again they wasted my time for the second time.
