I have had my Lexus for a number of years, and I must say this is the best service I have ever received. NOT A FAN OF LEXUS. I've never experienced the navigation/radio to stop working in a vehicle, EVER. And like most, I assumed this car was in the category of "Top of the Line"....definitely not, as navigation/radio to stop working in a vehicle, EVER.
