We tried to talk to you several times before we gave up. We left phone messages (vm and with live persons) and sent emails to no avail. Our review was not posted for a month in order to give you time to reach out. We found it interesting that a Sales Manager and General Manager can't locate our contact information? How many used 2011 Ford Explorer Limited did you sell in April/May? How many did Mark sell? You have both cell numbers, the address, and two emails. This speaks exactly to our point of the dealership simply not caring about "good business practices." The Sales Manager suggesting we call to clarify "misunderstandings" is insulting. This was straight forward and we did not misunderstand anything. $749 for a tag, compared to the avg $150-250 at other dealerships, that's only good for 5 months because of birthdate calendar is ludicrous! We were told, with CERTAINTY, that the car went through an "extensive inspection and safety check" among other things that weren't true but we weren't told until after the sale. We kept getting told, "I'll get you the list of everything that was done." The ad said that all maintenance had been done and logged yet nothing. What are you offering to "make this right?"

UPDATE: After many weeks, the dealership finally responded here and two (of several) things should stick out to readers. First, both the sales and general managers say they have no way of getting in touch with us. Let's ignore the MANY voice and emails we left for both of them. They know the salesman AND the year, make, and model of the used car we purchased!!! Who believes they have "no contact information" for us? How many used 2011 Ford Explorer Limiteds did they sell at the end of April? 🤣😂🤣😂 Secondly, both say they want to make this right. So, we asked what they're offering. A couple of more weeks and no response. We probably got automated/scripted replies here. Too bad. We were willing to hear what they proposed. BUYER BEWARE! BEWARE!
