I put in false information or just not send anything. Change the protocol and do not attempt to force responders to enter information on a form that the responder need not complete and maybe you will get form information and it will be accurate. From the person at the front door to Tina the GM, including the JB the trainee, Steve and Anthony in finance and all things computer, to Mark and Alayna in Tech, and Kathy and Jackie in service. They are all amazing. But the best best best is Carlton, who started out 4 cars ago as my salesperson and now is my friend.. He makes it pleasant while always maintaining professionalism. I can’t possibly convey my sense of trust and ease in this dealership. I know this is the only place I will EVER buy a car. More
I came in for an oil change. Also my check in engine light came on. Jude said they would need to do a diagnostic test which was around $250. I was perfectly fine with that. Between the oil change, diagnostic test, and rear brake replacement the total was aroun $1,087. When Jude presented the total to me I mentioned to her that coming in I didn't expect to spend $1,100. I wasn't expecting her to do anything but on her own she said something along the lines "I'm sure I can bring that down a bit." I was very grateful that Treasure Coast Lexus providing me a loaner. When I came back the following day to pick up my car, Jude presented to me again the work that was done. Jude starts with the diagnostic test then she said that "it turns out it was just the gas cap was loose." To which I replied "Wow $250 for a loose gas cap." Then she replied "Next time check the gas cap." I wasn't pleased with the comment and the way it was said. It is like insult to injury. I said to her if you are telling me to just tighten the gas cap next time illustrates that this has happened before. When I brought this up she got short and just said I will take it off which I appreciate it but not the way she said it. It makes it out like I am complaining to get something for free. When I lived in Broward county the gas cap was loose and the check engine light came on and I told her this. Before I could get the next word out of my mouth she butted in and said "Well you should know this already." That I don't appreciate at all. I don't work on cars. I thought the check engine light had something to do with the maintenance required warning. I honestly felt the way she hurried and took off the diagnostic test that she had a quoted to meet for sales and that it doesn't look good if I complained. The whole experience really rubbed me the wrong way. To the point I don't trust Treasure Coast Lexus. I hope someone takes the time to ready my survey. More

This is my first service experience with Treasure Coast Lexus. I requested to have the lower oil pan resealed, which required the technician to remove the engine mount bolts to access the lower oil pan. Th Lexus. I requested to have the lower oil pan resealed, which required the technician to remove the engine mount bolts to access the lower oil pan. The technician did not reinstall the engine mount bolts, so my engine was not secured to the subframe for several months. I left several messages for the service manager, but did not receive a call back. The service advisor and shop foreman are working with me to order and install new engine mount bolts. I'm hoping the engine and transmission did not suffer permanent damage. More
