After agreeing to purchase the vehicle at the internet price, the finance officer made a mistake on the purchase order by $1199. My salesman didn’t catch it. My friend who I brought with me caught it when price, the finance officer made a mistake on the purchase order by $1199. My salesman didn’t catch it. My friend who I brought with me caught it when he reviewed the purchase order. He had to insist twice for the finance officer and Carlton to finally check and find the error. The car interior was delivered with stains on the upholstery even though Carlton said it would be taken care of by the service dept. it wasn’t however. Carlton didn’t catch this mistake either. I feel like I was let down twice. Inspect what you expect!! My salesman Carlton didn’t. More
