I drove all the way from West Palm Beach to have my service done in Ft. Pierce (where we leased from) bc the service in every department has been fantastic. My first (5k miles) maintenance appointment, with Doug Woods, was great. The facility is always spotless. I was greeted immediately & warmly upon arrival. Escorted to the lobby to wait. The lobby / showroom has plenty of room while your waiting! Tables, Small rooms where you can use your laptops etc, a lovely snack / coffee & tea area. Couldn’t have been more pleased. I highly recommend this Lexus dealership for its service Side note: they do offer a complimentary car wash with maintenance, but due to time restrictions I was unable to enjoy that particular perk this time around! But I plan to use it in the future for sure More

Terrible service center that did not adequately explain what was going to be done to my vehicle. Returned the vehicle to me smelling of gasoline and then dismissed my complaints when I came back in. Would be a 5 if it wasn’t for the way they treat your car when you bring it to them for any kind of service. 2nd time getting a brand new car from here and when I get it back after taking it for service they when you bring it to them for any kind of service. 2nd time getting a brand new car from here and when I get it back after taking it for service they damage something. Its disappointing when you pay for a service that is supposedly going to protect the interior and exterior of your car and the same people who you are paying for the service damage your car. I would say that I recommend Treasure Coast Lexus. My family has purchased at least 10 cars from this dealer. Just buy your car and do not have them do strike-force or whatever other service they offer, not even a car wash. They get your car in their hands and then give it back to you with some kind of damage every time. More

Howard Kent is the best salesman ever! I bought my car 5 years ago, happened to pop into the dealership and he saw me, greeted me by name, inquired about my family, had my car washed, got me a Starbucks cof years ago, happened to pop into the dealership and he saw me, greeted me by name, inquired about my family, had my car washed, got me a Starbucks coffee, and replaced my broken leather key fob holder!!!!!
