Poor communication with me and internally between other service team members. I brought my car in on a Monday for a check engine light. I was told a part was being ordered and the head mechanic was going t service team members. I brought my car in on a Monday for a check engine light. I was told a part was being ordered and the head mechanic was going to review the problem based on the diagnostics run. I called Wednesday and left a message looking for an update with no response. I then called twice on Thursday leaving messages on a voicemail once and with a receptionist another time, again with no response. Friday I had to ask for the manager of the service department to help me and then finally got a call back from Jude. On this call I was told that the head mechanic not only needed to look at the car, but also that the part I was told was ordered never was ordered. This lack of communication or sheer incompetence is disrespectful to me and an embarrassment to the brand. More

JB informed us daily of cars status in transit and upon arrival which was time JB estimated. The buying process was seamless from JB giving us a tour of dealership to Marc patiently going through car’s technology and business office completing financing. Everything JB promised was delivered. We were quite impressed with the dealership facilities. We highly recommend JB. He was a pleasure to work with. More
