WE had an appointment for a key replacement on the 21st, we were told the key would be ordered and there for our appointment. after coming in for the appointment we were told it hadn't been ordered. We came we were told the key would be ordered and there for our appointment. after coming in for the appointment we were told it hadn't been ordered. We came in three days later and had been told it could be done in an hour, we sat there for almost 2 hours. When asked for an estimate to replace just the glass in the driver's side mirror which had become cloudy, we were given an estimate of about 1100 dollars which is the cost to replace the entire side mirror, glass, housing and mechanism. From our experience we have very little confidence in these people More

Really a great experience. Keith helped my mom get a new SUV. Car shopping is my least favorite thing. We let Keith know we were in a hurry. They are driving back to her house(1 hour each way) tomorrow to go over the technology more in depth.
