First, thank you for coming in to visit us. Being an Acura owner, we are sure you were curious about a truck, and we were happy to help you through a test drive. It was quite the busy day when you did visit, and as a result, the first salesperson you were directed to was on the phone with another customer. It would have been customary for our staff to greet you at the door, and we apologize that it was not the case on this occasion. We are happy to hear that Keith was able to offer you all the information you needed about the Silverado. The experience that you described with Keith is what you are able to expect from all of our sales staff, as we are all dedicated to serving our customers. As to be called out of your name while navigating the parking lot, we agree that something like this would be unacceptable. We can assure you that instances like that do not happen at Trapp, and are certainly not tolerated from any of our staff. We appreciate you coming and speaking with Ray, and encourage you to reach out to us again if you would like to discuss your visit in detail. We would like to address your concerns, purchases aside. We are disappointed to hear that you decided against purchasing a new truck with us, but we do hope you enjoy the new vehicle you did decide on. We would like the opportunity in the future to show you the true pedigree of Trapp, and provide you with an excellent experience.

Trapp, Parts of your statement is a contradiction, my statement to you regarding your sales person was fact and verbatim, not speculation. This incident happened at your dealership and an apology from your prejudiced sales man would have been acceptable. Acknowledgent and corrective measures are important for any business.

It’s unfortunate that there was a miscommunication and you were unhappy with the way Mr. Bourg attempted to make your experience with us a positive one. Mr. Randy Bourg was truly trying to gather information from you so we can make changes to our Saturday morning routine to ensure that we no longer have issues such as yours. If you took this as him trying to beg you for a good review that was not our plan at all. We wanted to know what went wrong and how we can fix it.
