For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. After their 3rd attempt at repairs, paint is already chipping and coming off. The hood is not lined up. White paint on plastic that isn't supposed to be painted. I even went so far as to talk to the GM at the store and he told me he thinks it looks great. I am tired of dealing with these shady people and their sub par work. Barry the GM failed to make sure his customer was happy. 0 follow up. I have all the pictures required and every interaction recorded. Why pray on customers who need their car? More

I had a 7am appointment to get my truck worked on, the mechanic test drove it first and didn’t see a problem, instead of calling me to inform me that he would drive it again, they kept my truck all day, t mechanic test drove it first and didn’t see a problem, instead of calling me to inform me that he would drive it again, they kept my truck all day, the mechanic drove it again at about 2pm and didn’t get back until 5pm, my truck is there for service not for joyriding all over town, if there is rush hour traffic, then there should have been an open line of communication between customer and associate, my truck should have been back a little after lunch it should not have to stay there all day and night, some of us actually have to work for a living, we need our vehicles and now I’m without a vehicle until tomorrow, good thing I was off tonight and good thing I access to another vehicle that should been better communicated, than what it was, from now on I will go to another service department and I will be staying with my truck. More
Heather in service was awesome! We brought our Cadillac in at 8:30 AM and repairs were completed by 12:30. Loaner vehicle was waiting on us when we got there. Body Shop Department - Beau Dupre and Tondra Avet are some of the most sarcastic people to deal with. They don't care how long it takes to repair your car or how long you pay for a rental car and I thin some of the most sarcastic people to deal with.
