Yahira contacted us about a possible trade-in which is why we came in to look and ended up purchasing a Canyon. She was very nice but new to this dealership which she has a lot to learn yet. She is extremely quiet which is not good in sales because a salesperson needs to be outgoing and go over everything in the vehicle. We didn't know what to ask and she really didn't offer much. Rafael and Kyle were wonderful to work with. I live 4 hours from the dealership and flew into DIA to make the purchase. Rafael picked me up and the airport and drove me back to the dealership.
