I talked to this dealer because they had the truck I wanted. But when I talked to Bryen, I was surprised by the fact that this is the most stright forward car salesman I have ever met. But I always assumed dealing with slimy people was part of the process to buy a new truck. Not with Bryen, it was surreal to buy a truck with a lower price than any one else, and with better service than you find in most industries. I sincerely thank Bryen, and his team. I've been with Transwest Service in Henderson for 10+ years, and through 2 GMC Yukon vehicles. I've consistently found that the Service Advisors do what I ask, the technicians know what they're doing, an years, and through 2 GMC Yukon vehicles. I've consistently found that the Service Advisors do what I ask, the technicians know what they're doing, and they really don't try to sell extra services e.g. "your transmissioun lines are leaking" (which is both untrue and unneded). Never once has the Service Dept. at Transwest/Henderson attempted to jerk my chain. This is appreciated. It is a real tribute to Transwest that they don't play these games. Good service, Honest Service, and Timely Service. This is the way to keep customers coming back! Thanks Transwest/Henderson Service. More
