worst experience buying a vehicle ever Ive been looking around for a sierra for a few months now. I found one I liked at transwest so I took it for a test drive and I liked it. It is in ver Ive been looking around for a sierra for a few months now. I found one I liked at transwest so I took it for a test drive and I liked it. It is in very clean shape but it had higher mileage than I really wanted but I was assured by kyle that the service department does a thorough inspection of every vehicle before they go on the lot so I decided to get the truck. The test drive was done while it was snowing so I wasn't able to drive it as I normally would. Once all the paperwork was done I left and immediately noticed a bad intermittent vibration and erratic tachometer reading. The truck has spent 14 out of 16 days that I've owned it in service for the torque converter twice after telling me there is no problem. now the truck is completely losing power and has left me stranded and had to jump it and the service airbag warning light is coming on now and they refuse to work with me on coming to a solution. The level of complacency and unprofessionalism displayed by the sales manager Matt and the entire service department there has left me in complete disbelief that a reputable dealership would handle a customer this way. I will never step foot in this dealership for sales or service ever again. More
