Making appointment was easy. Dropped car off Wednesday and didn't get back until Saturday. Was told there was staffing issue. I had to reach out for updates. The estimated cost was miss quoted even as the estimate. We were told the estimate included everything. When service was completed, found out the dia The estimated cost was miss quoted even as the estimate. We were told the estimate included everything. When service was completed, found out the diagnostic was not in the estimate. The estimated cost was around 980 and final price was a little over 1200. Was not informed of anything not to mention my car was in the shop for a week. If parts were on back order would have been nice to make the decision of keeping car at ford or utilizing my vehicle while waiting. Was advised that there was not a loaner. So, no car, no updates, and no vehicle for a week. I hope I never have to use your shop again. More
