I stop in and schedule the same day for oil change and Breanna Craig was so polite and always smiling when I came through the door. They repaired drivers window in order to complete a door latch recall. Less than 3 months window fails to operate. I was told by service manager the work has NO warranty! It has cost me over $500 to have latch recall. Less than 3 months window fails to operate. I was told by service manager the work has NO warranty! It has cost me over $500 to have the door latch recall completed and workmanship has no guarantee. Thoroughly disgusted with service! Also had car for almost two weeks off and on. Definitely not the way I choose to run my business. More
