They repaired drivers window in order to complete a door latch recall. Less than 3 months window fails to operate. I was told by service manager the work has NO warranty! It has cost me over $500 to have latch recall. Less than 3 months window fails to operate. I was told by service manager the work has NO warranty! My appointment was at 9:00 and wasn't taken in until After 3:00 pm. Nobody knew what the progress was and no updates. I was put on hold for 15 min and nobody would answer. Very poor service !!!! I am disappointed in the fact that a year after I purchased my vehicle I had the battery replace now a year later it needs to replace and now I have to purchase the battery. Asked to have vehicle there at 7:30am for a hours worth of work. They were not done until 3:30. I had to take 2 days off from work because they had my vehicle for 2 days between the diagnostic and to fix v of work. They were not done until 3:30. This is our 1st routine service trip since purchasing a '22 Escalade . They gave 2 complimentary oil changes with the deal & we purchased a service contract...
