They were great at getting my loan and car. However, after purchase it was found to have mouse nests in the glove box and under engine cover. The smell should have been a signal to check everything. Not sure how the detailer or purchaser missed this but they did take it back and cleaned it, found the 2 mice and cleaned it nicely.
