The vehicle I bought is a perfect fit for me and my family. I did have to wait longer than anticipated to bring my new purchase home due to parts being ordered and replaced. The service and attention from everyone I worked with at Transwest and Transwest Ford has been spectacular. From the initial contact all through the process including finding the perfect vehicles, financing Transwest and Transwest Ford has been spectacular. From the initial contact all through the process including finding the perfect vehicles, financing, the delivery service, now receiving the title as well as the contract earlier with no haste and and prefilled and prepaid return forms if associated, and more… Everything has been fine with great communication, continuous updates and always being able to get ahold and of whomever was needed.
