On to my next stop for some research, they had a Jeep online I was interested in. I worked with Tim Renzoni the sales manager and finance man (they only have 2 guys there, Zack is the other one, he's helpful too, and the owner who is older and doesn't say much lol). It was a busy Saturday, and Tim was wrapping up another deal, so he took my license, put a dealers plate on the back and said "it's got a half tank of gas, go have fun! - it helped that it was one of the last nice days of the year. By the time I got back, he had trade numbers, finance numbers, and an approval from Cornerstone credit union, an A tier rate and a 3 year warranty for less than I was paying for my big Chrysler. We actually had fun working together and I brought my friend by later on that day to see the car - he let me drive it again even though he had to stay a little late. Anyways, I love my little Jeep, and this was the easiest car I've ever bought thanks to TC WNY and their classy crew. More
Well done east experience The owner has two young managers running the store that seem to get it. From what I can tell honest, find the right car or at least a close fit for me The owner has two young managers running the store that seem to get it. From what I can tell honest, find the right car or at least a close fit for me, and treated me with respect despite my bankruptcy a few yrs back. Ceconi Dodge treated me like a piece of you know why in front of my family. Thanks xxxxxxx. Got my new-used car from Tim R and Dane. Bob the owner has been there for like 12 years he told me and takes pride in his products (if not his facility, I get it running a business isn't cheap). Give Tim and his buddy Dan a chance.Tell them Jose sent you so I can get my refer fee LOL. More
scammed and overcharged ent to this dealer because i needed a better car. i seen online a small suv listed at 3900. i called and said i would be in the next day to see it and ent to this dealer because i needed a better car. i seen online a small suv listed at 3900. i called and said i would be in the next day to see it and i was very interested. i went the next afternoon and the vehicle was sold at auction. i even stated why was i told it be held. this was the first thing that should had me running for the door. next i said i didnt want to spend above 5k. i was shown a inventory list with all the cars on the lot and listed price i seen a few test drove 3. and decided on one car, which was alot smaller than my old car. after the bank stated it wouldnt loan money for an 11 year old car, i was told if i added more money down i could fiance through them instead of the bank. i said i couldn't. days later i paid my rent online and the payment was allowed. immediately checking i seen the company added 600 more from my acct without my knowledge. i called the bank and complained .the hassle of that alone should had me running but the dealer said the car has been more than 72 hours so i was stuck. next thing was somehow someone esigned the paperwork for the car at 7500 when the car i purchased was almost 4900. i called and complained again each time asking for my paperwork or contract. i was told it wasn't kept in the office and would be emailed to me. i called many times before i finally received 2 pages of the 5. i went to the dealer personally and was told they don't keep paperwork, nor the inventory list or anything else. i asked where john and ryan was you originally helped me and was told they are no longer there.i said what were my options and was told there isnt any. i said why would i pay 7500 for a 2007 chevy malibu with 109k miles. i stated on kellys blue book and nada.com the car was listed for dealer used price under 5k. i was handed a 2 year warrenty and was told it was worth about 2k. i said i dont want that i want the listed price i was told and seen. the employee said take that warrenty thats the best we can do. i was scammed from them taking money from my credit card without my knowledge and then overcharged. during the process i was told the car be ready on one day and almost a week later through many delays i finally got the car. i will never buy from this dealer again. i am still trying to get my car for the correct price considering i seen a 2012 with less milage listed at 7500. i made mention that maybe someone inputted the wrong price on my car. both vechiles are chevy malibu LT 4 cylinder just one is 2007 and other is 2012.
