This place had one of its employees selling vehicles “under the table” for additional funds. One of the employees sold my 20 year son a vehicle and before he could empty the full tank of gas, the transm “under the table” for additional funds. Says he had no idea what his employees were up to. This place is a cover up for illegal activity and we will be taking this business to court. WARNING - Buyer Beware. DO NOT trust or buy from this dealership. Before purchasing a truck from this dealer, we had it inspected by an independent garage. They found the brake and upper control arm/ball joint assembly needed to be fixed. We had previously negotiated a lower price than dealer was asking but agreed that we would pay full price if they did the needed repairs. They agreed and wrote it on the sale contract. We paid a deposit and they agreed to call us once repairs were completed. They called a couple days later and we picked up vehicle paying the balance. A tire was low so we took to garage and they found the upper control arm/ball joint wasn’t done. They did the needed repair and we immediately contacted Transportation Center of WNY who Misrepresented the repairs being done. We were first told (1) we were mistaken until I told him I had the rusted old part from garage and then (2) they would need to talk to owner to cut the refund check and (3) their garage said the work didn’t need to be done so owner won’t pay the refund even though it was agreed in writing in same contract. We are seeking recovery of costs of the repairs of $731. More
