I told the lady (Dawn ) behind the desk that I was going to drop it off and to call me when it was done. She even confirmed my phone number. So I walked home, I don't live that far away, and waited for a call. Little before 8pm I walked back since I never got a call it was done. Lucky I did go back when I did because the service department was close as the rest of the dealership. But a few people where still around. A very nice girl Kimberlyn helped me get my truck. If it wasn't for her I would have been w/o it for the next day to get to work. I would have had to call out of work or ask someone to be late to work to help me. And now I just received another recall for my truck and I am not sure I want to bring it in for fear of the same thing happening again. More
