But the 5 hour wait to speak to the finance guy and the high pressure warranty ordeal was insulting. There were two finance guys there but only one was doing all the deals. I heard from our sales guy that Saturday is a very busy day for sales so why not streamline the process and get more finance guys going. And the title person put the icing on the cake by taking another hour to complete the process. I don't buy cars every year or even every 3 years but I should think that it would be much more enjoyable if it didn't take a whole day. More
