Poor Service Had my vehicle for 6 weeks. Did not return my calls. (probably 3 after service manager did not respond) A rental was not available. Service manager di Had my vehicle for 6 weeks. Didn't speak to him until he happened to answer the service desk phone at the end of the day. Had nothing to do with returning my call. I was told by the Chrysler case manager I was "upsetting" the dealership by calling to find out the status. General manager was cc'd on my written concerns. No response. Was told they'd help waive lease payment. Didn't. Told me to contact Chrysler. Still not resolved. Terrible service. Poor communication. More

Phenomenal Service Went to the dealer to replace a missing part that was not on the vehicle at the time of purchase a year ago. Manager Mr Terry Smith did not hesitate t Went to the dealer to replace a missing part that was not on the vehicle at the time of purchase a year ago. Manager Mr Terry Smith did not hesitate to fix the issue and to have the body shop ordered that missing part. He was very professional, courteous and most of all listened without interruption. Glad he was able to resolve this and it was done in a timely manner. I also have to give kudos to service department for replacing a broken taillight that was consuming water when it rains or if I go through the car wash. Very efficient. More

Will Not Lease Here Again! We had multiple issues when leasing a truck through Transittowne. First they let us test drive a vehicle and agree to leasing it only to find out that We had multiple issues when leasing a truck through Transittowne. First they let us test drive a vehicle and agree to leasing it only to find out that it wasn’t even abailable. We overlooked this because we understand that mistakes and misunderstandings happen. Then after my husband and I switched around our schedules and found a babysitter so we could go and sign all the paperwork, we were told that “they couldn’t find the keys to the truck.” So my husband left 2 voicemails with the service manager to discuss this and he never called us back. So after finally hearing back from Zack, who leased us the truck, we ended up switching everything to another day. When we picked the truck up we were only given 1 key and were told we would hear from them about setting up a time to come pick up a spare one. After 3 Weeks my husband tried for several days To get ahold of Zack about the key and never heard back. He again left messages for the service manager about the issue and never heard back. After about 4 days Zack finally responded to my husband not apologizing or anything, simple texting him a name and number. After another several days my husband was able to finally go to the dealership and get a spare key programmed. Still to this day we never heard back from the service manager. It was all around awful customer service and when our lease is up we will most definitely be going elsewhere! More
