I took it to Transitowne service on Tuesday, and within one hour I was driving away happy. The service people are all friendly and courteous, as usual, and the experience was comfortable. The cost was a lot less than anticipated and timing was great. More

I was told by the Chrysler case manager I was "upsetting" the dealership by calling to find out the status. General manager was cc'd on my written concerns. No response. Was told they'd help waive lease payment. Didn't. Told me to contact Chrysler. Still not resolved. Terrible service. Poor communication. More
