First Class Service I broke down on the interstate and was towed to this dealership. It was very close to Christmas and the shop was full. This dealership opened a spot f I broke down on the interstate and was towed to this dealership. It was very close to Christmas and the shop was full. This dealership opened a spot for me because I was from out. Of town and stuck. I got a room at a local motel thinking I was stuck for days. To my surprise and delight, I got a call about 6 hours later telling me my truck was done. I can’t thank this dealership enough for what they did for me and will definitely purchase my next truck from them! For me it’s worth the drive from New Hampshire! Dodge journey I love my SUV and Catherine powers very nice and respectful sales person.. I was promised the dent on the hood would be fixed by the time I picked it I love my SUV and Catherine powers very nice and respectful sales person.. I was promised the dent on the hood would be fixed by the time I picked it up if I bought the Dodge Journey .. when I came a few days later to pick it up this was not done . I was told one of the body shop guys Brain didn’t have the right tool at that time to fix it. Catherine gave me his name and number and told me to set up a date with him he would fix it for me a trade numerous times to make an appointment with him to fix it..when he finally called me back he canceled the appointment We rescheduled when I called to tell him I’m on my way he said he had to leave early. I texted and called him again no answer never texted or called me back. When I went in for a oil change I talked to a Sale Manager told him the situation and he took my information said he would have him call me Brain never called me ..
