Needs Improvement While I was shopping for a Jeep on Black Friday, I can understand that the dealership was very busy. I was not expecting to receive a great deal of i While I was shopping for a Jeep on Black Friday, I can understand that the dealership was very busy. I was not expecting to receive a great deal of individual attention. The follow up after the sale left a great deal to be desired. When I called the salesperson, the telephone number on his business card rang to a completely different voicemail owner. Four days after the sale, the vehicle had not yet been located. I had to continually chase the sales person to arrange for delivery. On the fifth day, he turned me over to a co-worker to deliver the car to me. She was very nice to work with. However, I was not given even the basic instructions regarding the vehicle's options and tools. When signing the paperwork, the agreed upon price was $1 more per month than what was agreed upon. The Finance Manager made that right by crediting me the amount on the registration fee. That was appreciated. I did not receive a follow up call or note of thanks. Perhaps this is not a custom of this dealership. I always heard from my salesperson from Northtown Dodge so that was my expectation. More
