Did not fix problem Took van in for noise when breaking. They kept the van all day. 8:30am appointment. Called them at 12:30 to check on it. Was called at 2:30 advised van was ready. Picked it up, was advised nothing wrong with brakes. Drove home, same noise when braking. Will have to take it to Chevy dealer I guess More

Not my first issue. I took my vehicle in on 3/30/19 for my NY inspection (which was expiring) and on oil change. Knowing from past experience, I intentionally made the a I took my vehicle in on 3/30/19 for my NY inspection (which was expiring) and on oil change. Knowing from past experience, I intentionally made the appointment for a Saturday when I could drop my Jeep and leave it. So, while I didn’t expect it to take very long, I was not in a rush to get it back right away. I got the call probably an hour, hour and a half later that it was ready. I was surprised it was so fast, but, they didn’t seem as busy as it usually is on a Saturday. The following weekend, my husband noticed that my inspection sticker had not been changed. He also said that he had gotten a notification from the DMV that I was overdue for my inspection. He disregarded it because we just took it in and had it done. So, we checked our receipt, and sure enough, we paid for an inspection. So we called and took it right over to the dealership for the new sticker. Judging by the NY report that was left in my vehicle, they actually had not done the inspection on 3/30 and I drove around illegally all week. Obviously, nothing bad happened, but I would have been really upset if I had to fight a ticket and it was inconvenient to have to bring it back and sit and wait for them to perform the inspection. As I said, this is not the first “inconvenience” I have experienced at this dealership, so if I have to get bombarded with emails to leave a review, here it is. More

Jeep corporate let me down I had premature rotor wear. They were heavily pitted and grooved. I contacted customer service at Jeep. They opened a file and then just stated the st I had premature rotor wear. They were heavily pitted and grooved. I contacted customer service at Jeep. They opened a file and then just stated the standard warranty statement. I knew about the standard warranty. These were not standard rotors. There are a lot of bad rotors on the market and Jeep chose to use these to save cost on a high end Jeep. The dealer matched the price on a brake job to compete with a competitor. Jeep did nothing to accommodate my complaint. More
Transmission Fluid Leak I initially went to Goodyear for repair of a leak I though was oil, they referred me to go to a dodge dealer for the repair due to the nature of the r I initially went to Goodyear for repair of a leak I though was oil, they referred me to go to a dodge dealer for the repair due to the nature of the repair (transmission) needed. They suggested that maybe the repair could possibly be covered under warranty. I am disappointed that due to being about 4 months beyond the in service date for the warranty period, yet more than 20k under the mileage limit, it was not covered. The service writer, Mike, however did a good job of explaining what could be and ultimately was needed. He arranged a courtesy ride home for me and a realistic time frame for the repair. The repair time actually was a little less than anticipated and I was able to get back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle about 4 hours later that afternoon. The price of the repair was within the range that I expected it to be. While disappointing, Mike noted that he could not offer any warranty coverage for the cost of the repair, he did suggest that I reach out to Fiat Chrysler Automotive to see if they will provide any relief. As I have to do that this week, the jury is still out on that portion of my satisfaction quotient for this repair experience. That being said, I am satisfied with the work done. More
