Front end issues Took in because when you make a sharp turn it feels like the wheel will come off. THIS IS NOT GOOD !!! I purchased a Jeep limited and also 2 ct. Jeep compass for wife and daughter, A total of three trucks, that will end !!! please note that your salesman's were great, just a shame to not being taken care of. I have been in the service industry for 35 years, that is not how to deal with the consumer !!!! NOTE went to both dealers More

Average at best Asked if I could get a call when car was being started so I could guage finish time....was told we'll try but no promises. Literally was getting an oil change and inspection....nothing even remotely complex. Tech that brought the car to the lot was doing over 30mph around the lot to park it driving like an idiot then slams the brakes on and parks it. As he gets out of my car I ask if it's done....he barely looks and me and mumbles something....I assume it was a yes. Looks completely miserable. I go inside to cash out...he is standing there with service rep... complete scowl on his face. Service rep barely cracked even a friendly look, cashed me out and also maybe eeked out a thank you, come again. Wow....glad I took my business there. Oh and I BOUGHT MY CAR THERE...so looks like they are really makings sure to take care of their car buying customers. More

Back again for the 3rd time I spent around $1,000 already to have my AC repaired and it still doesn't work---no cold air at all. Back to the drawing board again next Saturday.
