Never Again! I wanted to get my first oil change here, since my first one would be free. I stopped by in June on a random weekday and was told the wait is two hour I wanted to get my first oil change here, since my first one would be free. I stopped by in June on a random weekday and was told the wait is two hours. I asked if there was a better time to come and a woman behind the counter, I believe named Dawn, said with her mouth full of food “I don’t know.” I left and decided to go back the next week and try again. This time, I went on a different day of the week. Again, I was told it would be a two hour wait, and I did not have the time to wait. I asked if I could make an appointment and was told I could not. I went back for the third time in early July, hoping for better luck. One again, I was told it would be a two hour wait. This time, I decided to just wait it out and get it over with. About two hours and fifteen minutes went by, so I decided to check the status of the service. I went to ask and a man at the desk, again with a mouth full of food, said, “hahah they haven’t even started yours yet.” This was infuriating because not only was it over two hours, but this man was extremely rude, laughing, and unapologetic. After three hours and fifteen minutes, my car was finally done. I drove away and realized the language in my car was now in Italian, there was no longer an alarm on my car, and it was in km and Celsius temperatures. I called on the next business day to see if they could tell me how to fix everything over the phone. The woman on the phone told me to stop in and they would fix it in a “matter of minutes.” I went right away, and the man could not figure out how to change the language. I waited another hour before it was fixed. During this time, no one apologized for the inconvenience or explained why all my settings had been mixed up from an oil change. I am in disbelief at the service I have received here. Not only will I never use the service department again, but I will never lease or buy a car from Transitowne again solely because of the awful service department. More
Remote starter added to car I am happy with the service only thing was I brought it in on Friday morning was told it would be done that day I told them that I was going to be out I am happy with the service only thing was I brought it in on Friday morning was told it would be done that day I told them that I was going to be out of town till Sunday could I leave it and pick it up Monday morning I was told yes they open at 7:30 so come in then I did and the service writer couldn’t find the keys finally after half hour he came back and said it wasn’t done so I had to get a loaner car to be able to make my appointment at my doctor thankfully I didn’t have to pay the loaner your dealership did but it just was very aggravating to go through that when I was told it would be done I do have to say mike was great he keep running around to find out what was going on More

You do not have a Service Dept, just a work order dept. You have a very poor customer service department from the manager on down. I was flat out refused to have a part checked out (the number of which I br You have a very poor customer service department from the manager on down. I was flat out refused to have a part checked out (the number of which I brought with me) and told that your department does not and will not contact Jeep or Mopar as those entities told me to relay that they needed you to do. I only go to your dealership because we moved to your area. We are back at our highly respected other dealership where everything was checked into, explained to me as to what the part is and what it does and we are awaiting word from Mopar on coverage-All this in a very courteous,"where have you been" manner. Your service manager is completely rude and fosters a culture of "screw the customer" attitudes (I believe his name is Ted). And the young man at the counter is even worse (he recognized me from a previous visit and said there is no way they would assist me before he even knew what new information I had). You are awful and I expressed that to Chrysler in a formal complaint and would not do any other business with you or recommend you to anyone at all! Whatever my behavior was, it was in response to the extremely disrespectful way I was treated and I have apologized for anything said that may have instigated anyone, especially the manager, to scream at me, confront me and tell me off. What a terrible team you have. More
