Purchasing made easy We dealt with Dino. We picked out a recently traded in used Dodge ram. They prepared the truck for us and we picked it up the next day. It only took We dealt with Dino. Very straight forward transaction we did not deal with finance department so not sure about that aspect of the dealership. I would definitely recommend and return when looking for another vehicle. They purposely broke my SUV rear cooling system This is the 3rd time I have had a major issue with this dealership. First they didn't tighten up my gas line after repairs and my full tank ran out al This is the 3rd time I have had a major issue with this dealership. First they didn't tighten up my gas line after repairs and my full tank ran out all on their lot and on my way home and I had to pay for their careless with a tow truck to a different shop to get climp tighted back up and was out 60 dollars of gas. They said pay a tow truck and pay them to look at it knowing I was loosing gas before pulling off. 2nd time I paid to fix my suv they said it was fixed went to pick upit wouldn't start up to pull off and they treated to call police on me if I didn't move SUV out they garage but it wouldn't start up and I had paid in full. 3rd time I just recently was told it was new manager so I went in for a oil change and they purposely destroyed my rear cooling system lines and antifreeze was coming out on the way home and AC in front and rear blows hot and antifreeze is linking out and they told me all my fluids was full but when I got home my car inside smelled like something was burning the AC stayed hot I called back soon as I drove off lot and they said pay them 100 to look at it and I would have to pay to get it fixed but make a appointment and pay for a tow back myself. My SUV cooling system is linking antifreeze now and blowing hot air and smells. Although I had AC on while driving there and no links plus my antifreeze coolant was full but when I got home it's empty and I smelled it burning on the way home when I called to tell them my AC was hot and something was burning smell. I have reported them to the BBB before and I'm forced to do so again. And I didn't see a new manager and when I called from a different number I was told it the same manager. The last time I filed out a report the manger called me and told me he seen my customer comments I was emailed from transit town dodge that I complained about the service and began degrading me and I hung up. This young under 40 manger is unprofessional rude and scamming people for more service and money. He doesn't like honoring that I'm grandfathered in with free oil changes and didn't want to honor it until I got my original sales man to back me up and it pissed him off and I had problems with him. I tried apologizing although I didn't do anything but wanted my free lifetime oil changes and he will not honor my top it off fluids at all so I didn't push the issue. But I offered to pay this time to get my fluids top off and was told everything was full but I had no antifreeze when I got home from picking up my SUV and then was told they didn't do anything I need to pay 100 to look at it pay for it to get towed back and pay to get it fixed . They are horrible place and needs to be shut down. They put my kid and my life in danger with gas falling out after they say they repaired it and lied to get me in just to destroy my SUV again. I feel like a fool for trusting them . Please don't give him my phone number and let him read my report and retaliate on me and call me and degrade me again please. Also I don't agree with giving even one star but once again I was fored to push one star just to submit my report on here. I will be filing with the BBB and attorney general once again sad to say. I'm a newly anesthesiologist graduate and didn't have time to follow up but this time I'm making sure I do for other young African American female that get ripped off by this horrible service shop. They underestimated who I am from my appearance I'm thinking. But either way its frud and horrible and most of all dangerous and someone going to be injured or killed More

No fault of the salesman who was thrown into the mix, he was knowledgeable and able to answer most of my questions. He was caught between what I was told originally and the finance/sales departments goals. The stock number given to reception I was told fell under the $249 lease program and that they would have it brought to their location for me to test drive, it was then emailed to me to confirm the stock number and appointment. When I got there no one had an idea I was coming, truck wasn’t there and I was told that stock number didn’t fall under the lease promo. Once a truck was brought out to look at that fell under the lease promo I was then told a different term than the advertisement. If the ad was wrong, it should have been caught or changed immediately- we live in an age that allows easy and quick changes. Admitting selling multiple trucks since the add came out at 42mo instead of 36mo would indicate willingly baiting and switching. Why should car buying be this difficult? Shouldn’t we be able to trust people that do a specific job like sell vehicles everyday in being honest? In the end we worked it out, but it was not without being haggled. It appears that training and holding people accountable would do this group some good. Tenure in a position does not make one competent especially in an ever changing modern world. In the end this dealer has the selling power to offer a great lease, I would recommend this dealer and in addition advise to do your homework and prepare for potential changes and unknown issues onsite. More

The shuttle was not available to give me a ride to work so the manager offered to drive me himself since my work was close. Then when i returned at 2pm they didn’t have my vehicle ready and i was very annoyed.... BUT They got the oil change done immediately and gave it to me on the house. Thanks for going above and beyond to make sure my experience turned out positive. More
