Made an appointment to have recall service done on my Jeep a week i Wow Transitowne Dodge on transit Rd in Williamsville knows how to treat customers! Made an appointment to have recall service done on my Jeep a week in advance, when I got there they told me that my parts were back ordered. . I had made special arrangements at work so I could get there on time never knowing that my parts were not in or even needed to be ordered. Apparently they don't inform you that your parts are back ordered and not in. Spoke to the service manager to about it and he told us that that is not there policy to tell customers that their parts are back ordered. The service manager (I'll call him "Richard Cranium") was very confrontational and could care less about me wasting my time. He told me and I quote "maybe I should go to West Herr and have my vehicle serviced there". Had they told me I need parts ordered, I could have simply called the morning of the appointment and checked to see if they had them yet and avoided this. No wonder I have purchased 6 out of 7 Chrysler products at other dealerships and stopped going there even for free oil changes More
