Pleasantly surprised I had not stepped foot in a car dealership in over 20 years. I did some research online and had a "wish list" for the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Brandon listened to me and directed me to a couple of vehicles that he thought I might like. He answered all my questions and was patient as I tried to make a decision, no pressure.
