Tracy Nissan, on Naglee, promises many things to get you to purchase a vehicle, but when it's time to fulfill those promises, they do not hold true to their word. I purchased a car back in May of 2020 cash, to purchase a vehicle, but when it's time to fulfill those promises, they do not hold true to their word. I purchased a car back in May of 2020 cash, and was told that I would get a complimentary car wash and detail. When I came in for the service I was denied the wash and detail. The came with every excuse to deny me the service, from we no longer offer that to it was not written on the purchase agreement. When I finally spoke with the salesman that closed the deal, he continued to pretend he did not understand the issue and act as if I had already received the service. He than said it was my fault for using their online scheduling site to schedule the appointment. After I continued to complain, he said I would get the service. The only requirement was that it would not be done that day and I would have to come back. I work Monday through Friday and travel on the weekends or spend it with my wife and kids. After continuing to refuse me that service, I finally quit trying realizing that they were just making excuses to not commit to their word. Nissan, just like many dealerships, is nothing but corrupt corporations after your money not caring about what they promised. Nicholas Garcia, the salesman should not be trusted and people should avoid the Tracy Nissan Dealership if they want their promises kept and cars taken care of. More
