The test drive convinced me that I made the right selection. Alex & Alfonso quickly & efficiently handled the large amount of paperwork & data entry (on their part). Alfonso provided me with a great overview of the vehicle documentation (manuals, warranties, roadside assitance, etc.) and explained my maintenance options (including a visit to the service center). John Sutfin (Finance Manager) was able to provide me with a better financing package than I had already obtained, saving me money overall and lowering my monthly payments. He patiently answered my questions and explained the process as we worked through the paperwork. The gentlemen at Tracy Mazda made my vehicle purchase an easy & satisfying experience. Between both Alfonso & John in the finance dept, they did everything they could to work with us in obtaining the vehicle that we wanted. Not only did John help us as much as he could with the financial aspects, but when he saw our two sons, he made it a point to find them a football to toss around while we waited & both Alfonso & John asked all four of us if we wanted anything to drink.
