I test drove it on September 23rd and, alicia, my salesperson was very nice and she never pressured me I felt very at ease with her. I felt like she would work with. I told her I was paying cash and didn't want to finance and she said she would work the numbers and go to 'bat" for me and came back with a reasonable price! I ended driving my new car even tho i didn't have the cash up front but in good faith I was able to drive it out the lot. I was so relieved. I was in a time crunch and she was really about the customer service and didn't make me feel pressured to finance like most dealerships do ... Love her and would come back to purchase another car. Tracy Chevrolet is awesome and alicia was a godsend! More

Excellent Service Took my Silverado in for a no start issue after I put a transmission in it. It was memorial day weekend so I knew it wouldn't be seen for several days Took my Silverado in for a no start issue after I put a transmission in it. Todd gave me a call to tell me it was an easy fix, the megafuse.. And his mechanic had one in his toolbox used so he tossed it in and they charged me just for the diagnosis. Came for a great deal on a Camaro. VERY BEAUTIFUL CONDITION and for an incredibly low price! My wife and I felt we had finally found the car of our dreams and were attempting to negotiate the sale. When the numbers did not work out, we thought we had peacefully gone our separate ways. Less than fifteen (15) minutes later, we received a snirky call from the salesperson stating that the general manager would give us a call when the car sold. What was that for? More
