Service is garbage. Jiffy lube across the street will work on your vehicle better than these idiots. Don't fix anything and then tell you thats the best they can do. work on your vehicle better than these idiots. Don't fix anything and then tell you thats the best they can do. More
Can I do no stars? If there was that option on reviews I would be hitting it. Quite literally the worst car dealership experience imaginable. Truly nightmare-esque. Long story short, a salesman (Joe Bazinet would be hitting it. Quite literally the worst car dealership experience imaginable. Truly nightmare-esque. Long story short, a salesman (Joe Bazinet) called me the day after I test drove a Cadillac after we were unable to come to terms at the dealership. After 5 hours of back and forth via phone, I had pen in hand about to agree to the terms ..... and they said that they were working with another person interested in the same car alongside myself at the SAME TIME that they decided to sell it too after straight up wasting my time. 0 transparency that this was the situation. In addition to the manager Justin Copsetta being the definition of a 'used car salesman' he was shrewd, offensive and just straight up rude- they made me feel bad about my payment methods and Joe so humbly explained to me that he hit his quota anyway for the month. Can't make this stuff up! I am embarrassed FOR the owner of Tracy Motors - it was that horrific of an experience and a terrible display of character by his entire staff. Do not give these people your business. More

bought my car about a month ago. I have not been happy since week 1. After signing all the paperwork that was pretty much shoved at me and not gone through and explained properly. Just sign here, here, he since week 1. After signing all the paperwork that was pretty much shoved at me and not gone through and explained properly. Just sign here, here, here and here..no explanation of each document. I brought the vehicle back 4 days after signing and told them I was not happy and the vehicle was already making a noise. There awful service team supposedly checked it and determined there was nothing wrong. About 2 weeks later I had to have the vehicle towed in and got a notification from onstar that my engine or transmission system needs to be serviced. So great paid for on over priced Trax and havent even made my first payment...and its been in the shop twice with the same response from service "nothing wrong" This dealership needs to straighten out whatever is happening internally and there is ALOT, they have zero issue talking about there internal problems with customers. I will also report to BBB. Then the owner Jeff Tracy was threatening to report his loaner stolen. These people are rotten. Now I have been working with corporate, hopefully they will straighten this out. More
I purchased a Silverado 1500 at this dealership 3 or 4 weeks after owning vehicle the engine was blown and then had to go back 2 more times for the truck running lean and going into limp mode and waited f weeks after owning vehicle the engine was blown and then had to go back 2 more times for the truck running lean and going into limp mode and waited for the fuel injectors to be replaced. I asked if the fuel injectors should be replaced well replacing the engine and now the truck is having transmission issues of shuttering and making weird sounds. but was told by the shop manager that its due to my tires not being balanced properly but. I had them checked and still have the same issues. I suggest shopping at any other dealership and you will get treated better. PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE SHOPPING HERE More
Poor communication and service, More stress than it's worth My experience prior to buying the car was fine, despite having a very difficult time getting in touch with my salesperson. You would think that purcha My experience prior to buying the car was fine, despite having a very difficult time getting in touch with my salesperson. You would think that purchasing and driving off the lot would be the easiest aspect of this transaction, but this has caused the most trouble and stress. Please note that I live in Boston and, though family live in the area, the trip to and from Tracy takes at least 2 hours. After test-driving the car and signing the intent-to-purchase docs (both delayed because the car "hadn't yet been certified"), I scheduled an appointment to meet with the finance office and finalize the purchase 3 days later (again, delayed because the certification process was not complete). Upon arrival, I was told that the car was not available yet-- they were waiting on a part that was delayed due to the UAW strike. I was not told when the car would be ready, but the implied timeline didn't seem long. After a 30-45min delayed financing meeting, I drove back home without the car. It has been TWO WEEKS since I purchased the car and I still do not have it. Each time I've called (no one from Tracy has tried to contact me since the purchase-- I have initiated all communication) I was told that they're "working on it" or "the service guys don't know yet" and, finally, that it "might be a few days, it might be a few weeks-- I don't know." I sent an email to the General Manager, Paul Barton, one week ago and have not received a response. I sent second email yesterday following up and I have not received a response. I spoke to Paul Barton today on the phone and this was the first time he has heard of this situation. I encourage customers to stay away from Tracy Chevrolet for the following reasons: 1) their customer service is unprofessional and negligent, 2) they do not disclose important information and aren’t transparent, 3) the General Manger does not read his emails and is not informed about the sales and issues in his own dealership.
